That could be done with almost any distro, right out of the box (or cd
case 8). If you want an MTA/MDA that's easier to setup (IMO, at least)
than sendmail, check out qmail (http://www.qmail.org). You might want
to check out the courier mail server package
(http://www.courier-mta.org).
