Regarding the venue, I believe that there are people from this list who
usually meet a least once a day. Why not they will be the one to contact
the venue, for example Mc Do, to close a part of it for at least 2 hours or
more to conduct this so called EB or meeting? I also believe that the
management of Mc Do or any function rooms will provide us whiteboard, marker
and maybe sound system. At the same time, you can ask people from this list
who will really attend the EB to get tentative number of participants. What
do you think?
