[plug] authentication and accounting on Squid

Hi Folks!

Am just wondering if I can use Squid, in such a way that I can restrict my 
users to internet ( surfing )
inside my LAN by username, at the same time tracking their access usage. Is 
that possible  with
squid?

Any idea?
