Isn't it that it depends on the CS _client_ not the server? because if you
start the internet game, the clients [not the server] connect to the
WON.NET servers for a key..

If the server is enabled in lan mode, all you need are unique CD keys to
join in, which can be handled by a CD-key generator...

The problem really is in internet mode which is needed if you must use if
your client IPs are from different class Cs.
