i have sudo also in my setup and i just found out what a sudo user can
do:

e.g.
a sudo user can change the root password without having the trouble of
having the original root password.

how do i limit the capabilities of a sudo user? such as editing the
auth files. or better yet i remove sudo users and just us "su -
root"??
