    good day... here is the configuration in my
squid.conf:

-rwsr-xr-x   1  root  root  ncsa_auth

authenticate_program /usr/local/squid/bin/ncsa_auth 
/etc/shadow

acl intranet src 192.168.0.0/255.255.255.0
acl password proxy_auth REQUIRED
http_access allow intranet password
http_access deny all
