I missed that link last time about modems that are supported with Linux.
Something "winmodems are not modems", kinda stuff. Anyone please post that
link/URL again and thanks in advance..
Just for the rest of us to please comment on. Has anyone any experience
using Surfnet Modem with Linux? It is an external modem, V. 92, serial
port. It has Ambient MD5660DT Intel Chipset. Seems they are pushing this one
for real here in Bangkok (yep, Thailand). Any "testimonies" will be very much
appreciated.
