Well myDSL in Makati is 2000/month for 256k (i think). that's not CIR,
that's the data rate to the CO. but knowing PLDT (ehrm.. big telco..) I
don't think there will be bandwidth problems. but you get PPPoE and no
fixed IP address. If you wanna run a biz you pays 18000/month for 256k and
you gets your fixed IP address.

me, i'm ok with dynamic IP.  =) if only there was myDSL in my boonie
corner of Quezon City I'd get it.

Eastern Telecom has a 5000/month 128k with 32k CIR.
