Is anybody here using Domino over Linux? You see, I have problems with my
installation and I'll appreciate any help you can give...

Here is the journal of events:

1. First, we installed Linux, and then we installed the Domino server
2. I managed to get mailjump.nsf from a sister company using Domino over NT
version 4, installed it on the server, and tried using over the Internet for
the students webmail. We have not yet deployed the server up to this point.
My testing uses only two-three students, although a colleague is already in
the process of inputting close to 1300 students/webmail users.
3. When we finished the input of users, we soft-deployed it to the students.
Four days ago, when I came in at around 6 in the morning, I tried to access
the server by logging in from a Lotus Administrator, but found out I cannot.
Immediately, I went to the server to ascertain the problem, and found out it
hanged.
4. From there, the server will only work whenever I restart Domino, send all
unsent messages (either coming in or going out), and then it will hang
again.
5. The users/students cannot even log in through the web.

Please help me! I am already at a lost on what to do. You can e-mail me
privately if you want to...

Specs of the server are as follows:

Thunderbird 750MHz
512 MB RAM
18GB SCSI HDD
