Looks like you need tcp_wrappers package. This should provide you with the
libwrap library. You should be able to get it from
http://www.ibiblio.org/pub/solaris/freeware/sparc/
and pick the OS level you are using. For Solaris 8 they have this file --
tcp_wrappers-7.6-sol8-sparc-local.gz
