Subject: [plug] [ot] fiscal requirements for operating an isp

hi all,
pardon me if im posting on the wrong list. i guess it
is more appropriate to send to an ISP-related list,
but i dont know where I could find one; besides, most
ISP administrators are here.

Recently I've been thrown a question by one of our
clients: what are the government requirements one must
meet to put up an ISP (NTC license or allied permits,
etc)? What I know is they are currently operating a
"mini-ISP" in a province, but need to establish a more
serious one somewhere (but using a bigger ISP's
gateway).

Thanks for any pointers.
