Recently I've been thrown a question by one of our clients: what are the government requirements one must meet to put up an ISP (NTC license or allied permits, etc)? What I know is they are currently operating a "mini-ISP" in a province, but need to establish a more serious one somewhere (but using a bigger ISP's gateway). Thanks for any pointers. __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!? Get personalized email addresses from Yahoo!
