Found this on the Security Focus security-basics mailing list.  For those
of you who have been having problems with cleartext file transfer for
windows lusers, here's the answer.  It seems that CuteFTP Pro supports
SFTP.

SFTP (FTP over SSH) works great for me. The new CuteFTP PRO has SFTP ability
too. The performance loss is not noticible and it is as secure as SSH is.
