Are you referring to VoIP? If it is, I think so. I've heard that gphone is
one but I haven't tried it yet. I've read the HOW-TO of VoIP and it only
recommend on one brand of sound card which I haven't heard it here in the
Metro Manila. My sound card right now is Yamaha 6000 and I still don't know
what are its specs.
