Yeah, so they're using several open relays, many in .kr and .tw. Lots of open relays
(and incompetent/indifferent admins) in .kr, apparently.

Doesn't matter, we're still the ones that have to handle with bounce messages.

Yup. I'd still like to have a word with the administrators of those open relays
though...
