Any tip from RedHat users here? :) right at the start, Redhat never included Reiserfs as part of their stock kernel.....for technical/political reasons or so we dont know. we at SuSE has for so long toyed with and package Reiserfs since version 6.3 and has continue building on our stock kernels features that would benefit greatly Linux entry into the enterprise. For the most part, Redhat's stock kernels lack the enterprise class features e.g. Reiserfs, Logical Volume Management which has kept it lagging behind in enterprise deployments....which SuSE has capitalized on esp. S/390 & PA/RISC and the whole gamut of big iron. ROJ Join 18 million Eudora users by signing up for a free Eudora Web-Mail account at http://www.eudoramail.com _ Philippine Linux Users Group.
