yes. specific time is needed since there are lots of reservations going on
and venues are usually reserved months before. we have to move fast coz a
day late in reserving a venue is not good enough. other
ateneo organizations/classes/depts might beat us in the reservations. ;)

sorry, but AFAIK, all activites not related to ateneo is charged. :( There
is a workaround though....if an accredited organization or dept sponsors
the event, then no charge. ;) meaning, doc mana will have the most power
among the Ateneans in this list to negotiate a venue in Ateneo :)
hehe... we can find out the availability but doc will negotiate. ;) hmmm.
