I have both qmail and exchange here in the office and I never encountered
any sending problems between the two. My qmail server also did not have any
problems receiving mails from other exchange servers. You may wish to check
your log files for possible problems.

Exchange doesn't come with tools to do this? What do the logfiles look
like? Does it even have logfiles?
