It's freely available as far as I can tell, as it's among the
downloadable font packages you can get off MS's web site (where there
are the Georgia, Trebuchet, and other web fonts).  Check the MS
website where you download these fonts (I can't remember the exact
URL, I think I got them back when I was in college :), for the exact
terms of use.

I doubt the BSA would raid you though, cousin.
