Just a pre-report: I did a dist-upgrade on one of my non-critical
workstations running Debian's unstable (100% unstable, hehehe). This does
not have as much installed as my main server which I have yet to upgrade
(the server doesn't have an X server but does have gdm and hosts the X
applications for now). So far no gotchas.

My font server is still 4.0.3 as installed in the server, but already the
fonts are more pleasing to my untrained eyes. I'm sure this will look
better with the M$ TTFs I downloaded (especially Verdana) and with the
font server of 4.1.0. :)

More reports to come probably during the weekend. :)

PS- I'm just wondering, aside from myself, Eric Pareja, and Sacha Chua,
who else actually runs Debian's unstable? Or Debian, for that matter? Just
curious as to who will actually read this series of "reports". If I'll
just be wasting everyone's time ... hahaha. :)
