On a related note, doing a name lookup on meralco.com.ph shows that
their MX records are fishy... The output of dig mx meralco.com.ph has:

;; ADDITIONAL SECTION:
central.meralco.com.ph. 14h9m30s IN A 208.235.229.11
cws.meralco.com.ph. 7h31m8s IN A 10.0.128.18
notes.meralco.com.ph. 7h31m8s IN A 10.0.136.11
nameserver.meralco.com.ph. 16h38m14s IN A 208.235.229.12

Why in God's green earth do they have entries in the global name
servers that refer to their internal private IP's? This cannot be
good.
