Yes, the Diploma in CompSci being offered by UP Open University is 
supposed to be a postgraduate course. I was a faculty member of UPOU for 
a year (98-99). And in one council meeting they were talking about 
opening this up to experienced undergraduates who would submit a body of 
work for evaluation. I don't know if this pushed through after I left. 
Contact them for more information. BTW, the DipCompSci program is run by 
faculty from UP Los Banos Computer Science.
