Our chief developer for those apps was Dr. Herman Tolentino, an
anesthesiologist (whose middle name happens to be Deluria <g>). He
developed it on the LAMP (Linux-Apache-MySQL-PHP) platform. AFAIK, it's
all either GPL'd or on the Apache or PHP licence.
For coolteam, have a look at http://www.coolteam.org.ph/
For idoc2, look at http://upcm.net:8000/idoc2/
Idoc2 is GPL'd.
Doctrak is not past beta so I don't think source code is being released
just yet.
I'm glad you're interested. I'm sure xenos and Dr. Herman are happy as well.
