Remember this one William? We tried it while William was here at
Inter.Net, and we found some very unpleasant things about it. In
particular, it is very inefficient when it comes to managing
connections to the IMAP server, making and breaking them without much
compunction. For instance, it will make a total of three connections
to the server every time you log in, once to get your authentication
information, once again to read what folders you have, and yet another
one to display the contents of the current folder. I don't think
that's a very good way of doing business. Maybe you can try NOCC,
look for it on freshmeat.
