I've gotten dnscache and dnscachex to work yesterday, after a few surprises
with the World of DJB. For some reason, tinydns could not read data.cdb.
Might try to work at it later. (For BIND folks, get this - tinydns stores
has no concept of zones and stores all the records in ONE FILE. That's
what makes it easy to replicate data)
