[plug] IPTables with 2.4.7

anybody here use that as their masq server?  the HOWTO for the 2.4 allowed my
internal_masq clients to ping the IP of the external eth, but not anything
else...i wonder if it is just me or there is a bug in that HOWTO.  any similar
experiences?
