That doesn't exist!! it's an urban legend!!

Even iPlanet uses DBM/Sleepycat backend files. The only LDAP server I know
of that uses SQL is the Oracle Internet Directory (bundled in Oracle
8.1.7.1 and 9i) but iPlanet is still faster.
