Linux10 Organizers,
I was suppose to attend a personal event at DLSU and miss Linux10. But it
seems like, I will not be allowed to enter DLSU due to personal reasons. So
I guess I'll be able to attend Linux10 after all. =)
In line with this, I visited the official PLUG Linux10 site and saw almost
400 registered attendees already (and still counting). With only two lecture
tracks in the morning and majority of the afternoon sessions also tackling
two tracks, I was thinking that the lecture halls will be overcrowded. So I
can tackle another topic in the afternoon maybe.
You can chalk me in for "Overview and Importance of Version Control". More
like for the newbie developers for them to understand how Linux can be used
for version control during development -- with focus on CVS as server and
client. I can also touch on the use/internals of CVS as a technical track,
but this is of less priority as I don't have enough time to prepare.
And maybe others can also throw in a thing or two. =) Even if we have a 50%
turnout, it will still be over 150 participants. An idea that comes to mind
would be mail servers.
