i read about this in a mailling list and yeah some
people experience this while playing network games,
yung iba out of the blue .. nobody gave a concrete
answer nobody know whats causing it yung iba sabi kasi
the other network side is b0rken and ya know the usual
some paranoids were speculating somebody was trying to
kill their nics (lan cards) ( hrmm an exploit before
but not so true now with the modern equipments ) heheh

oh well try if you want to really look into this try
to go to goole and search for it malamang sandamukal
yan kasi one on the mailling list said he searched the
net and happened to find lots of people experiencing
this but gave no concrete answer well sabi nga nila
siguro nga it is an icmp error but nothing malicious
(hopefully)
