As you probably well know, the colors of KDE can be changed in much the
same way as GNOME, as both support theme-ing. KDE can even import Gtk
themes. But of course, you could not be bothered, and just uninstalled
anyway... huh.
My point is that too much of the wheel has been redone already, and it is
affecting our wallets! If distros and developers could have just stuck
with Gtk or Qt, then most everything would run 'shared' and programs would
run just a little bit faster.
