I would like to try using two monitors on my linux box. I would like to know if there are pitfalls to watch for. I will use it on a box which has the following specs.: Processor: Cyrix 233 Mhz Memory: 192 Megs Video Card 1: S3 Virge Dx Video Card 2: S3 Virge (not sure of exact spec. right now but might be different) OS: RH 7.0 X: Xfree86-4.0.1-1 Questions: 1. Can the processor handle it? 2. Is it okey to use two different video cards? 3. Any additional software installations? Xinerama extensions? I used the stock Xfree86 on RH 7.0 Thanks in advance.
