given this 'last' output:
root pts/1 slip-202-135-84- Tue Aug 28 21:05 - 21:11 (00:06)
kind of useless isn't it? perhaps /bin/login and other wtmp writing programs
should just log the IP, then 'last' could do the reverse lookup. what do you
think? we could probably patch it... or am I missing something?
fortunately, we have router logs.
