OT [plug] FreeBSD Rejected Mail Hosts

Our mail server  sendmail reports that   Checking for rejected mail hosts: 158 yahoo.com   98 cerf.org   80 hotmail.com   54 aol.com   19 newbornasia.com   16 amis.com   What could be the problem? How can i improve?   Thanks in advance.
