The maillog.file contains many I/O error like:

Sep 6 21:09:54 agham sendmail[9302]: UAA09302: SYSERR(root): collect: I/O
error
 on connection from oe57.law4.hotmail.com, from=<[EMAIL PROTECTED]>:

n reset by oe57.law4.hotmail.com
Sep 6 21:25:08 agham sendmail[9513]: VAA09513: SYSERR(root): collect: I/O
error
 on connection from qmail3.arcamax.com, from=<[EMAIL PROTECTED]>:

Can these be caused by our congested bandwith?
Can I change sendmail.cf to increase time before timeouts?
