to always make a copy of all outgoing emails.
well with postfix you have that option:
# The always_bcc parameter specifies an optional address that
# receives a copy of each message that enters the Postfix system,
# not including bounces that are generated locally.

so sa mga bossing diyan this would make sure that your people don't use
emails for personal mails. and for the legal eagles, well you know what
to do. so careful with your emails guys n' gals.
