if you don't grok perl and want command line tools, you can get dbf
source from
ftp://gatekeeper.dec.com/pub/usenet/comp.sources.misc/volume43/dbf

if you're using debian, apt-get install dbf

caveat, the dbftools don't dump SQL statements though, but they're
good starting points. perl/python/awk/sed are your friends. ;)
