Doesn't ReiserFS use "true" journalling? Or maybe you mean full data
journalling?
ReiserFS does meta-data journalling. XFS does meta-data journalling. JFS
does meta-data journalling. ext3 can do full-data journalling as well as
meta-data journalling (although I cannot vouch for the stability of either
as I haven't used ext3).
