I have not found free software for Windows that allows it to update its clock using an NTP server. If anyone knows of such a tool, please e-mail me -privately-. So how do I keep the workstations in the office sharing proper time? The server runs ntp (or chrony for that matter) to keep its clock in sync with some NTP server (or a GPS clock). It runs Samba configured to be a time server. Because it is the PDC, I have a batch file that is automatically run by all workstations set to logon to the Samba domain on every user logon. This uses the net utility to synchronize time with the Samba server that is synchronized (reasonably) with an atomic clock somewhere. :) --> Jijo -- Federico Sevilla III :: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Network Administrator :: The Leather Collection, Inc.
