My 2c. Porn costs your company little besides lost productivity. (And maybe personal conflicts? hehe). But bandwidth costs you. Ergo, instead of playing judge as to what is porn or not, put a limit on bytes. I think the heavy MP3 downloader is worse than the light porn surfer ;)
