No. Learn Perl and write one yourself.

Kidding aside, I think there is a growing need for a concerted effort to
re-intelligize a number of members of this group, who seem to expect that
everyone else participates in the list with the sole purpose to serve
their needs.

Wrong.

We all have our share of things to do, and the time we volunteer to the
community is not to be exploited in a "can anyone write me a ..." manner.

If you have existing mboxes go to qmail.org and pick a script (yes,
they're written in Perl mostly) that will convert your mbox to a Maildir.

If you don't need to convert existing mboxes, just create one generic
Maildir using maildirmake, copy this to every home directory you have,
then change their ownerships and permissions.
