Hi!, We bought Intel Server Board STL2 (http://support.intel.com/support/motherboards/server/STL2) and installed RH 7.1, I noticed that it won't shutdown when i issue a command `#halt` , so I read the manual on-line and I discovered that it uses ACPI not APM so I've search again for ACPI and come up with this site http://developer.intel.com/technology/iapc/acpi/downloads.htm, so I downloaded linux-2.4.10 patch it and successfully compiled, after rebooting and halting it does not shutdown/turn-off automatically.
