position to be filled: sr applications developer
wolfpac communications is in need of someone who is interested
in applications development, specifically, on the un!x/linux
platform. minor (read: really really minor) development projects
in m$ winbloat may be expected.
s/he basically must have a good understanding of logic/philosophy
and how the internet works.
proficiencies in the following is preferred:
o un!x, gnu/linux, freebsd environments (sysad skills are cool!)
o ansi c/c++
o perl
o php
o html, xml, wap
o (pg|my)sql, oracle
o tcpip, etc
of course, s/he must be very resourceful (!!), with superb attention
to detail and can work with minimal supervision (shouldn't we all?
hehehe). normally, we don't really care if s/he's a graduate or not
but this position requires fulltime attention.
