No. They're the same once you've gotten your filesystem on either. The
thing with ext3 is that it is forward and backward compatible with ext2.
That makes it unbeatable as far as migration paths are concerned. JFS,
ReiserFS, and XFS all lack the ability to nondestructively migrate from
ext2, or any other filesystem for that matter.
