Hi Allan, Most of the configuration options are accessible from the web based administrative interface. Under General Options, you can set "Should administrator get immediate notice of new requests, as well as daily notices about collected ones?" to "No". Under Privacy Options, there is a section where you can list "Addresses of members accepted for posting to the list without implicit approval requirement". You should set this so your list admin can post without requiring approval.
