Hi,

Has anybody set up a Storage Area Network on Linux? We have one in our studio running
on Windows NT. We now want it to run on Linux. But it's a bitch having our linux box
detect the disk drive array as local SCSI device.

Mounting the disks as NFS share is quite easy, but we want them mounted as local disks
so we can format them in ext2 filesystem.

The hardware we're using are

    nStor nextor 8FL external storage
    Qlogic qla2200 host bus adapter
    Chapparal K7132 RAID controller
    Gadzoox fibre switch

Redhat 7.0 is our distro.

Best Regards,
