If I am not mistaken, the LPI test is given through a professional testing
center.  PLUG is not (yet) in the position to conduct the examinations.
What LPI does seek is input for the tests, and test questions.  I used to
be active in their mailing list a year or more ago.

Let me check back on their site and see what they're up to...
