Ang galing mo talaga, Jijo! =) It depends on what donations is received. What I know, and I'm really a 100% sure that if an organization/company donates CASH to a particular individual/organization, the receiver is the one who will be given the tax. Kaya nga, when an organization ask for sponsorship to a particular company especially if it is cash, di ba nanghihingi sila ng resibo? Try to get the idea of an individual won a cash prize from a competition/tournament. Di ba hindi 100% makukuha ang kanyang cash prize unless it is declared as "tax free"? I also know that if the donation is a type of FIXED ASSET then it is subject to tax. Ang "mana" ay subject to tax also. But the way I look at it based on your explaination, IMHO, I think walang tax na nakapagitan dito unless may involvement sa mga ipinaliwanag ko pa lang sa itaas. But please explain it to me further para masyado kung maintindihan ang lahat. =) __________________________________ www.edsamail.com _ Philippine Linux Users Group.
