if you have a few dollars to shell out, then you may want to consider bandwidth manager from emerging technologies (http://www.etinc.com/bwmgr.htm) freebsd also has bandwidth limiting apps via ipfw (ipfirewall), but i haven't tried it though. _ Philippine Linux Users Group.
