-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 Hi everyone,
As a number of you will probably know by now, the gracious host of the Python mailing list (among others) is down. The SCSI hard drive of Banwa/Manama @ UP Manila died most unexpectedly, and with its death all the data floated off to Neverland. Eric Pareja has been under a lot of load lately, so I took the initiative of setting up Mailman on our server, hosted generously by The Leather Collection, Inc. With Eric's blessing, I have taken the honor of hosting the new Python mailing list for Pythonistas in the Philippines, and Filipino Pythonistas out of the country, showing the world just how great Pinoy hackers are. Those interested in joining this new mailing list will please use the web-based interface at <http://lists.free.net.ph/>. Please note that I have configured the list server to not munge the headers, so among others the subject line does not contain the usual [ListName], and the Reply-To does not point to the mailing list. Replies meant for the entire list require that a Reply-All be done, as I have observed in a lot of esteemed international mailing lists. I hope you all enjoy this service. :) --> Jijo - -- Federico Sevilla III :: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Network Administrator :: The Leather Collection, Inc.
