Read the procmail docs first to familiarize yourself with the format of
~/.procmailrc; "man procmail", "man procmailrc", and also read the stuff
in /usr/share/doc/procmail-<version>/ and
/usr/share/doc/procmail-<version>/examples/

Once you are familiar with .procmailrc; you can add this to your
recepie:

:0:
*^From.*[EMAIL PROTECTED]
LINUX
