got this interesting article from slashdot
(http://slashdot.org/article.pl?sid=02/01/16/1334248). seemed that borland
was ticked by the violent reactions of the community. well, let's wait for
the new license agreement.

from http://community.borland.com/article/0,1410,28243,00.html

<snip>
"Borland delivers products that are sold individually and in volume to
major enterprise customers. The new end user license agreement mistakenly
contains language that is specific to enterprise volume customers. This
language is industry standard boilerplate for enterprise licenses, but it
should not have been included in the individual product licenses. This was
an error on our part and is in the process of being fixed."
